With her background in dance and acting, Veronique has a unique ability to both demonstrate and describe exercises to render the essence of Pilates in every body. The Pilates method has the power to change a person’s wellbeing. Veronique utilizes the Pilates repertoire diligently to inform the mind and body to improve motor control on a daily basis. Her passion is conveyed equally in private or group settings, as she devotes herself to the present moment.

GABRIELLE

Gabrielle is a young woman brimming with energy and passionate about the body in motion. Gabrielle has testified countless times to the benefits of Pilates which is why she began her studies to become an instructor.
With a background in fashion and the restaurant business, Pilates meets her two passions.The creative side of fashion influences the originality and sequences of exercises, while her experience with customers makes everyone feel at ease around her. Gabrielle's determination and originality is sought after and seeks to offer her clientele the most precise Pilates teaching technique.

NAUSICAA

Nausicaa discovered Pilates a few years ago thanks to MTL Pilates Lab and it was love at first sight. This discipline taught her how to reconnect with her body in order to gain awareness in her practice and also in her daily life. After several years in the restaurant business, the desire for change appeared. Becoming a Pilates teacher was an obvious choice for her to share her interest in the human body and movement with other people. Nausicaa offers a teaching method that focuses on understanding and working with your body so that it becomes your best ally in your life.

EMILY

Emily Honegger is a dancer, movement artist and facilitator who has been helping people feel more spacious, strong and comfortable in their bodies since 2006.
Emily first fell in love with Pilates during her dance training at L'École de Danse Contemporaine de Montréal when it became a crucial tool to overcome a debilitating lower back injury. Pilates was transformative. Soon after graduating, Emily became a certified instructor with Stott Pilates, and developed her ability to coach people to train through injuries and special health conditions while working with the amazing team of therapists at Spinal Mouvement. She had the privilege to work with professional dancers, athletes, and folks with a new-found curiosity for how to move better. Emily's movement knowledge is informed by a wide variety of sources, from martial arts, to yoga, to street dance. Within all of these practices, she finds delight in the relevance of the movement principles Pilates has to offer. Emily is currently studying to become an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner, maintains a regular dance practice and is passionate about creating a space that allows people to feel at home in their bodies, valued and empowered.

Izabel describes herself as a lazy athlete, but she is indeed a great perfectionist of Pilates method. Her background in synchronized skating has influenced her understanding of anatomy, joint alignment, and the power behind each movement. These two disciplines come together in their high-level precision and control. Izabel, who is also a stylist, stands out with her architectural way of building a sequence of exercises.
