First-time offer

$85Start with 3 classes plus 1 free

Four sessions to learn the studio, three paid, one free. Prefer one-to-one? Start with $225 for three private sessions.

First-time clients. The $85 offer is valid 1 month. Taxes extra. No sales call. Book online in minutes.

What’s the difference between the two intro offers?

The $85 group intro is three classes plus one free, the best way to learn the studio in a small, supervised class. The $225 private intro is three one-to-one sessions, ideal if you have an injury, are pregnant, or simply want focused attention from the start.

Either way, you begin with the fundamentals. There is no experience or flexibility required.

MTLPILATES — Progression

Built one block at a time.

Each level sits on the one below it. Reformer and Chair & Barrel are laid side by side through Level 3 — from Level 4, Chair & Barrel is a prerequisite, and Level 5 demands broad knowledge across the full apparatus system.

Why choose MTLPILATES for your practice?

MTLPILATES is a contemporary studio dedicated to teaching the complete apparatus system as intended: Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel and Mat. With small, supervised classes, hands-on adjustments, and dedicated prenatal, postnatal and rehabilitation expertise, we provide attentive, personalized guidance in a warm and welcoming downtown studio.

How much does a Pilates class cost in Montreal?

At MTLPILATES a single group class is $33. Packages reduce the per-class rate. On a one-month window: 4 classes for $120 ($30 each), 8 for $184 ($23 each), 12 for $264 ($22 each). On a longer window: 8 for $224 ($28 each), 12 for $300 ($25 each), 20 for $480 ($24 each) and 30 for $690 ($23 each). Private sessions are $100 each ($900 for ten), or $130 with the lead instructor ($1,150 for ten). First-time clients pay $85 for three classes plus one free. All prices are before tax. Group class packs run from your first class rather than the purchase date.

What should I bring to my first Pilates class?

Bring a water bottle and grip socks. Anti-slip Pilates socks are available to buy at the studio if you do not own a pair. Wear fitted clothing so your instructor can see your alignment. Eat a light snack beforehand rather than a full meal, since you will bend and rotate in every direction.

Do I need experience to start Pilates at MTLPILATES?

No. Foundations, Reformer Level 1/2, is open to everyone, with no experience and no flexibility required. The studio recommends 4 to 12 classes at that level, mixed with Chair & Barrel, before moving up. The themed All Level classes each set their own entry: some ask for around five Reformer classes behind you, while Slow Aging is open to all ages and levels. Each class page says which.
