Our Classes

Multiple classes are available to suit your mood and experience level. 

Our carefully crafted sessions will move your body in all directions to feel light and rejuvenated. Our sessions have a duration of 50 minutes.

Level 1 Beginner Basics

Basics is our introductory levels. If you have never tried Pilates this class is the prerequisites to your Pilates journey.  We will set up the necessary foundations to make you feel confident for our next level.

Level 2

The lab offers three types of level 2 classes to progress within the classical and the contemporary repertoire.  Each class will tone and mobilize your entire body while giving you the necessary tools to align your body in its optimal form. 

Recommended visits: 15 to 20

Level 3

Intensify your practice with more intricate movement combinations that flow from one exercise to the next.  This level will challenge both your coordination and proprioception while improving your form and endurance.

You are expected to have a strong understanding of the Pilates method and have completed 20+ Level 2 classes prior to joining this level. 

Recommended visits: 30 +

Level 4

The advanced classes will move your body throughout the entire repertoire while integrating the more acrobatic exercises.

We flow, sweat, burn, stretch and it feels so delicious!
